We flew to the beautiful island of Jersey in the english channel for the wedding of Jonathan and Catherine.
The wedding was held at St Andrews Church in the parish of St Helier on a glorious summers day just a short walk away from the brides beautiful house which was a photographers dream to be able to run back and forth from the preparation zone to the venue!
After the ceremony and group shots we headed up to the Noirmont Headland in a stunning 1920’s vintage Rolls Royce and then headed back to St Aubins Bay to take a relaxed stroll along the beach in full wedding attire (which attracted a lot of attention and cheers) to get the rest of the couple shots.
The reception was held at the prestigious Royal Yacht Hotel in St Helier and was another really fun filled exciting wedding.
I thought I’d make the most of it and spend an extra day there to get some nice landscapes images, explore the island and see what it had to offer, but it turned out to be a massive washout so I ended up parked in front of the TV all day but hey, at least the weather was perfect for the couples special day!
